Frontier Airways passenger seen duct-taped to seat after allegedly focusing on flight attendants, report says

{A photograph} has emerged of a person being duct-taped to a seat on a Frontier Airways flight after he allegedly punched a male flight attendant and inappropriately touched two feminine flight attendants, reviews say. 

“Throughout a flight from Philadelphia to Miami on July 31, a passenger made inappropriate bodily contact with a flight attendant and subsequently bodily assaulted one other flight attendant,” Frontier Airways mentioned in a press release. “Consequently, the passenger wanted to be restrained till the flight landed in Miami and legislation enforcement arrived.” 

Maxwell Berry, 22, of Ohio, is now dealing with three counts of battery after being taken into custody Saturday in Miami, in keeping with ABC6

“He was beginning to get aggressive and mainly attacked the male flight attendant,” passenger Alfredo Rivera informed the station, capturing a picture later purportedly exhibiting Berry being duct-taped to a seat.
