Polish State Railways received a message from the Ministry of the Climate and the Environment with a request to provide a special place at the Gdańsk station, where Paulina Hennig-Kloska could wait for the train. – “I asked for an insight into an e -mail, which he sent an zealous official, without my knowledge, to PKP” – now explains the minister.
For an e-mail sent from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage to PKP Radio ZET arrived. According to journalists, the ministry employee asked for “the opportunity to provide a place where Mrs. Paulina Hennig-Kloska could wait for the train on February 7, 2025.” Exactly that day in Gdańsk will take place College of Commissioners of the European Union.
At the PKP Gdańsk Główny station, there is no such space and previously such requests from the government were unlikely to happen. However, the search for a place where the minister could “wait for the train” began. One of the proposals – according to Radio ZET – was to be a room occupied by the managers of the facility.
Hennig-Kloska: I usually wait for the train on the platform
After media reports, Paulina Hennig-Kolska herself referred to the case on the X.com platform. As she said, “in her service for the benefit of the state” she traveled thousands of kilometers by train and never asked and did not use “VIP salons”.
