Gdańsk. Five thousand portions of drugs in the car and apartment

The 35-year-old and his 39-year-old partner will be responsible for participating in the turnover of a significant amount of drugs. During the vehicle inspection and searching their apartment, the police found almost five thousand portions of various types of intoxicants.

The incident occurred last Tuesday afternoon on ul. Sea Wolves in Gdańsk. Criminals detained a Volkswagen vehicle for inspection, which was driven by a 35-year-old.

– When a man opened the vehicle's door, the officers sensed the characteristic smell of marijuana. The Gdańsk residents denied that he had drugs with him. These, however, were in a trunk for cosmetics, which was in the back of the car. Inside, officers found bundle, plastic bags and other packaging with dried vegetable, and a white substance. During the search of the apartment of Gdańsk, the criminals found further prohibited substances – said the sub -inspector. Magdalena Ciska, press officer of the Municipal Police Commander in Gdańsk.

The officers detained the 35-year-old and his 39-year-old partner to the case. The couple went to police custody, and police officers were secured by almost two kilograms of drugs for a court expert.

During the conducted research, the expert determined that the police secured a significant amount of drugs in the form of almost five thousand portions of marijuana, cocaine, amphetamine and klefedron.

Detention and supervision

– Thanks to the evidence gathered by police officers, the prosecutor presented the suspicious allegations of placing a significant amount of psychotropic substances on the market. On Thursday, the court granted the application for the use of a preventive measure and the man was arrested for three months. To the woman, the prosecutor applied police supervision and assets of PLN 10,000 – explained the sub -inspector. Ciska.

There is a penalty of up to 12 years in prison for placing a significant amount of drugs on the market.
