In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 March 2022 on the defense of the homeland, Article 230, a professional soldier may terminate the professional military service relationship at any time without giving a reason.

On Wednesday, the General Command of the Armed Forces published another announcement. “We repeat – no higher-ranking officer left the General Command of the Armed Forces. If a military officer dealing with administrative matters submits a request to leave in the first week of October, it cannot be linked to the resignation of the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army submitted a few days later,” it was written on the X platform .

– And this is a key thing – citizens don’t really know why the top generals are resigning – he added.

At the same time, he said that “all sorts of rumors are going around the city.” – I will emphasize that these are rumors, but we hear that these generals wanted to protest against the use of military fuel reserves for the duration of the war, because we see photos of large tankers arriving to save Orlen – Arłukowicz pointed out.

– I also hear rumors, I don’t know if they are true, but I emphasize that the generals did not want to take part in the analyzes of the introduction of potential states of emergency. I emphasize that these are rumors, but if you hear such things, it must cause concern – said the TVN24 guest.

According to Scheuring-Wielgus, “this resignation of generals and military officers is actually a vote of no confidence in Mariusz Błaszczak and this government.” – For me, as a citizen who wants to feel safe, it is shocking that politicians use the army for their political games – she said, referring to the rocket that was found in the forest near Bydgoszcz.

– The election slogan of Law and Justice is security. I absolutely do not feel safe when Błaszczak is the Minister of National Defense. I also did not feel safe when Macierewicz was the Minister of Defense, because let’s remember what happened in 2016 – emphasized the MP from the New Left.

– What did he do with Polish army? It has been constantly humiliated since 2016. And I’m not surprised that the generals simply don’t want to participate in it, she added.
