Dangerous weather is not only affecting the south Polish. The Germans are also fighting against high water – on the night from Sunday to Monday, a local dam broke in the Ebenhausen-Werk area in Bavaria, and the problem is getting worse.

“Bild” reports that the water level on the Danube in the city of Passau on Tuesday exceeded nine meters. As we read around At 8:00 a.m. the water level was 9.62 meters. The publication recalled that “usually at this time of year the Danube level is about 4.50 meters.”

A spokesman for the Police Headquarters in Aalen said that the bodies of a man and a woman were found in a house in Schorndorf in the Rems-Murr district in Baden-Würtmberg.

On Monday, rescuers found the body of a 43-year-old woman in the basement of her house in Schrobenhausen, Bavaria. On Sunday, a 42-year-old firefighter lost his life – during the operation, the water capsized the boat in which he was sailing with other firefighters.
