The draft budget for 2025 must be reconsidered by the future government, the Bundestag and the Bundesrat. If coalition negotiations go smoothly, the Bundesrat may adopt the budget on July 11 next year, according to a circular from the Ministry of Finance. This would be the last session before the summer parliamentary break.

These calculations are based on the government project approved by the cabinet and adjustments made by the Bundestag budget committee. Government Olaf Scholz recently planned expenditures amounting to almost PLN 490 billion euroover one tenth of which was to be financed on credit.
