After a chase through the streets of Głogów (Dolnośląskie), the local policemen stopped the Toyota driver, who did not stop for inspection. The 37-year-old broke a number of traffic rules. Even when he ran onto someone else’s property and got stuck in some bushes, he tried to run away on foot. However, he was overpowered by the policemen. He was under the influence of drugs and had no driving license, and he explained his escape with the belief that he was the person wanted.

The police officer on duty in Głogów was notified of the driver who was supposed to cause a collision and run away from the victim. There was a traffic patrol nearby who picked up the signal. He took action.

– The driver ignored the clear sound and light signals, and at the sight of the uniformed soldiers, he veered sharply and began to run away. He broke the regulations many times and created a threat to other road users. He stopped only after he accidentally entered a private property, where he lost control of the car and ran into bushes there. Despite this, he continued to escape on foot. However, he was stopped and incapacitated by the policemen – informs Aleksandra Pieprzycka from the press office of the Lower Silesian police.

This man was not listed as the wanted person.
