Six people were injured in a Sunday accident in Gorzeń Górny (Małopolska) on DK28 between Wadowice and Sucha Beskidzka. A helicopter from the Polish Medical Air Rescue was landing at the site of the head-on collision. He took a ten-year-old girl seriously injured to the hospital.

As reported by the emergency services, the head-on collision of vehicles took place on Sunday morning around 7.30 in the Wadowice poviat. Six people were injured.

– Some of the people with minor injuries were looked after by paramedics. Two more, a child and an adult, were severely injured in hospitals, said Sebastian Gleń, a spokesman for the Małopolska police, junior inspector, tvn24.pl. The seriously wounded 10-year-old was transported by a helicopter of the Polish Medical Air Rescue to the hospital in Kraków-Prokocim.
