The tragedy occurred last Friday morning in Costessey. Officers entered the house at 7.15, less than 15 minutes after receiving a call from one of the concerned neighbors. However, it later turned out that the police received the first call at 6 a.m., but it was ignored and officers were not sent to the scene. The person calling the police was Bartłomiej K. himself.
