Gabriel B., born in Poland, was sentenced in Great Britain to 12 years in prison for disseminating terrorist materials on the Internet. During the trial, experts found that the man's developmental disorders were unrelated to his actions and he had the ability to formulate his intentions.
He was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Thursday by a court in southern Winchester England a Polish-born right-wing extremist who spread terrorist materials on the Internet, encouraged the killing of representatives of ethnic minorities and made a gun using a 3D printer.
The content posted on social media by Gabriel B., who lives in Weston-super-Mare, included: footage of the 2019 massacre at a mosque and Islamic center in Christchurch, New Zealand, by Brenton Tarrant, whom he considered his hero.
The man also distributed instructions on how to make an explosive device using commonly available objects, and scenes of him impersonating Derek Chauvin, the American policeman who killed George Floyd in 2020, which sparked huge demonstrations under the slogan Black Lives Matter.
Commenting on these recordings or during discussions on internet forums, Gabriel B. talked about killing black people, Jews and politicians.
Experts concluded that the developmental disorders were unrelated
In September 2022, the Jewish organization Community Security Trust began investigating the activities of Gabriel B., which handed over the collected evidence to the police last summer, and the police arrested the man in August last year.
During the trial, the defense pointed out that Gabriel. B. suffers from autism, has a serious developmental disorder that makes him less mature than other men his age, and he only had 44 followers on social media, so his scope of influence was small.
However, experts appointed by the court found that these developmental disorders were unrelated to his actions and he had the ability to formulate his intentions.
