“The Times” reports that two days before the child’s body was found, the father of the murdered girl contacted his friend, Nadeem Riaz, who runs a travel agency. – He said he needed a reservation as soon as possible. I asked why and he replied that his cousin in Pakistan had died. He sounded normal, no different than usual, Riaz emphasized in an interview with the daily. He assured that he had no idea why his friend was in such a hurry.

The businessman said that when he asked Sharif in a text message what type of tickets he was interested in, he replied briefly: “One way.”

As “Indpendent” explains, less than 24 hours later, i.e. before the girl’s body was found, Sharif, along with his five children aged one to 13, as well as his brother and partner boarded a plane flying from London Heathrow to Islamabad, capital of Pakistan, with a transfer in Bahrain. After landing in Pakistan, the man called the police and informed that Sara’s body was in his house – the daily reports. Sharif was also supposed to visit the family home, but his father assured that he did not say anything about his daughter’s death.

The BBC reports that the 10-year-old showed up at school in April with visible marks of beating on her face and neck. The mother of one of her friends told the station that when her daughter asked Sara about these injuries, she allegedly told her that she had fallen off her bike. – The next day, the teacher announced that she had left school and would study at home – said the woman quoted by the BBC.
