– The plan of the trip assumed that we would stop so that those who were willing could dive. After about 30 minutes the ship stopped. Initially, we thought that everything was going according to plan, but after a while we began to smell a burning smell, said the cruise participant.

– The captain decided that all participants should gather at the front of the ship. The crew distributed life jackets to everyone. Everything ran smoothly. We were ordered to put on life jackets and jump into the water, said Aleksandra, who, as she reported, had to jump into the water together with her husband and two children aged 7 and 4. “It was the most stressful moment,” she admitted.

Intervention of rescue services at sea

According to the report of the Internet user, rescue boats were already waiting for the participants of the cruise at sea. Private individuals also offered help. The boats transported the participants of the trip to the ports. “The doctors and the police took care of us there. As far as I know, a few people went to the hospital – she mentioned.

We are waiting for transportation to the hotel. Unfortunately, most of our stuff was burnt on the ship. The whole event was, in my opinion, well organized – concluded Mrs. Aleksandra.
