The Court of Appeal in thessaloniki announced that 17-year-old Bartłomiej G., suspected of the brutal murder of 16-year-old Maja from Mława, would be issued to Polish authorities-inform the Greek media. The teenager did not plead guilty and wanted to be tried by the Greek justice system.

She had known him for a long time

The drama took place on April 23. Then the girl left the house to meet with Bartłomiej G., whom she knew for a long time. The words of the teenager showed that there was tension between them. She allowed that there could be a quarrel. On the same day there was a brutal murder. The boy was to take a 16-year-old to the area of ​​his family's carpentry and kill there.

The next day, the family notified the police about the disappearance of Maja. The body was found in the bushes – in a different place than the one where the murder was to occur. He tracked down the corpse after a weekly search – May 1 – a police dog.

It was initially established that the direct cause of the girl's death was many blows dealt with a blunt tool. The body was mutilated.

He is afraid of extradition

Investigators helped to select a suspicious recording from urban and private monitoring. One of the cameras was to register the moment of murder. According to investigators, it is 17-year-old Bartłomiej G., who detained in one of the Greek hotels on the day of finding the corpse in Mława. Earlier, a European arrest warrant was issued behind a teenager.

G. did not want extradition. The teenager was to motivate his refusal that his parents get threatening, that when he returned to the country, he would be murdered.

The teenager is to be transported to the District Prosecutor's Office in Mława, where he will hear the charge of murder with particular cruelty.

The murder of the 16-year-old shook the whole country. Shortly after the tragedy in his hometown of teenagers, a march of silence passed.
