Seize your individual, Meredith Gray is scrubbing out.

In anticipation of Ellen Pompeo‘s remaining—at the least for now—look as Meredith on the Feb. 23 episode of Grey’s Anatomy, ABC launched an emotional video tribute paying homage to Ellen’s 19 seasons on the medical drama.

Set to a canopy of Snow Patrol‘s “Chasing Vehicles,” which was first used within the climax of the Gray’s season two finale, the Feb. 16 video reveals the various exhilarating highs and the typically crushing lows of Meredith’s time in Seattle.

“I’ve a whole lot of reminiscences of individuals,” Meredith says by a voiceover. “That is the place the place I fell in love. The place the place I discovered my household.”

The tribute options clips that includes former Gray’s favorites like George (T.R. Knight), Izzie (Katherine Heigl), Cristina (Sandra Oh), Addison (Kate Walsh) and, after all, Derek (Patrick Dempsey).

Tons and many Derek.

“That is the place I realized to be a health care provider,” Meredith continues. “I’ve saved lives and I’ve had my life saved. I have been by damaged bones and a damaged house. And the demise of individuals I like.”

Cue the waterworks.
