Fire in an aggregate hall near Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Firefighters are working on site. The fire is being extinguished.
The incident took place in Nowa Bukówka, at Rumiankowa Street. As Artur Węgrzynowicz, a reporter for tvnwarszawa.pl, found out, the fire started in a warehouse with construction materials. – The roof of the hall is partially engulfed in fire – he said.
The fire brigade received a report of the incident at 5:31 p.m. Eight fire brigades were dispatched to the site.
– There was a fire in a hall measuring 20 by 50 meters, with a steel structure. The building was on fire inside, and half of the roof was also engulfed in flames. The fire brigade's actions included securing the scene and extinguishing the fire. The fire has already been located and is not spreading. The sources of the fire are being eliminated and extinguished. Firefighters are also searching the hall – said Asp. Krzysztof Stefaniak from the fire brigade in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
Aggregate inside
The hall where the fire occurred is a production and warehouse building. – No flammable materials were stored inside. It contained technical aggregate. The causes of the fire are unknown, Stefaniak added.
There was no one in the building when the fire broke out. There were no injuries in the incident. – There is no threat to local residents. Part of the hall and half of the roof burned down – said the firefighter.
