On Monday evening in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, the driver of a passenger car hit an 18-year-old woman at a pedestrian crossing. The woman was taken to hospital in a serious condition. The driver was banned from driving by the court.
A serious accident occurred around 9 p.m. on Sienkiewicza Street in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
– A woman was hit while crossing a pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. The perpetrator of the hit-and-run was the driver of a Toyota passenger car. The 18-year-old woman who was hit, with head injuries and was unconscious, was taken to hospital and is still there – staff aspirant Katarzyna Zych from the District Police Headquarters in Grodzisk Mazowiecki told us after 2 p.m.
The police officer reported that the 28-year-old who was driving the Toyota was sober, but had a driving ban imposed by the court. – The driver was detained. We are currently collecting evidence and procedural activities will be carried out with this man – added Asp. staff. Zych.
