This is a very serious process of pathological violation of the law – this is what Grzegorz Schetyna, a KO senator, said on TVN24 about the activities of Sovereign Poland regarding the Justice Fund. – I would like it to be marked, described, photographed, documented and thrown into the political dustbin. This is really what Polish politics needs, he emphasized.

The media publish further tapes, which reveal many irregularities in the operation of the Justice Fund. They were registered by Tomasz Mraz – former director of the Justice Fund Department, who is one of the suspects in the investigation into irregularities in the awarding of million-dollar subsidies. He is described as the “key witness” who “slays the thugs.” Zbigniew Ziobro and his support from Sovereign Poland managed the Ministry of Justice and the Justice Fund itself for years.

– The issue of the Justice Fund, what has been done over the years, is not only a problem today for politicians of Sovereign Poland, or this party itself, but also PiS – he said.

He explained that “he looks at it through the prism of money spent on the election campaign, subsidies and settlements, which were made by PiS, because politicians of Solidarity Poland ran from their lists.” – However, the financing of the campaign, as we hear and see, was illegal. NEC will have a lot of work to check it properly – added Schetyna.

In his opinion, Sovereign Poland faces “the worst possible future.” – A very serious process of pathological breaking of the law, using politics for private, electoral interests. And that's also doing it from the Justice Fund, which is supposed to serve crime victims. Disgraceful, embarrassing, illegal and with huge consequences for the people who did it – said Senator KO.

– This information, these quotes, these photos, these millions thrown away, public money put into private pockets, are actually ruining the Polish political class. I would like it to be marked, described, photographed, documented and thrown into the political dustbin. Polish politics really needs this – emphasized the TVN24 guest.
