Haitian college officers face investigation over allegations of sexual abuse

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Authorities in Haiti mentioned they’re investigating allegations of sexual abuse and abuse of authority and public property at a state college within the southern coastal metropolis of Jacmel.
