Harry and Meghan Markle are visiting New York. On Saturday, they attended the Global Citizen Live concert in Central Park, the aim of which is to seek to increase efforts to combat climate change and encourage wealthy countries to share one billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines with the countries most in need.
Earlier, they visited the UN headquarters, where they met with Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
On Thursday, the princely couple visited the memorial site for the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. They were accompanied by New York Governor Kathy Hochul and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Herry and Meghan are not members of the British Royal Family
The Sussexs gave up their duties as members of the British Royal Family last year. The couple, who got married in 2018, live in the United States, California.
