It was supposed to be a real golden business. A businessman appeared in Warsaw who offered the sale of large amounts of pure gold straight from the African mines.

Instead of astronomical profits there is a loss
The jeweler decided to buy two kilograms of gold for 120,000 euros. To authenticate the offer, the seller gave the jeweler to check a small sample of valuable metal. The study confirmed the authenticity of the ore. The transaction was to take place the next day. The African asked the jeweler to show money. He wanted to make sure that the jeweler would not cheat him.
– He converted money during negotiations and at some point replaced it with ordinary cards of paper – says Jakub Pacyniak.
– This is the so -called WyÅ‚ka. They take authentic money and convert it. Then they pay the same money, but with the print of the person who transferred this money, they simply replace the money – he indicates Albin Bartosiak, a former policeman and security expert.
Businessmen asked the jeweler to keep gold in the safe for transaction. The jeweler examined them and it turned out that the treasure from Africa is a plain tombak. – that is, traditional, very clever, perfidious so -called Sztos – sums up Piotr Skiba, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
Instead of astronomical profits, there is a loss. Cash is lost. One of the fraudsters managed to stop, but two “businessmen from Africa” escaped. The police suspect that they can be abroad, where they try to do another “golden interests”.
