The Law and Justice ad juxtaposes the death camp in Auschwitz and the opposition march, which is to take place on June 4. Michał Moskal, who became famous when he got engaged in the Bogdanka mine, is said to be behind this production. It turns out that he is one of Jarosław Kaczyński’s closest associates. Material of the magazine “Polska i Świat”.

A controversial film by Law and Justice is already widely known – less popular is the voice-over and author of the spot. It’s close Jarosław Kaczyński – which was first reported by the Interia portal – the director of the PiS presidential office, Michał Moskal.

Jan Strzeżek from Young Poland, when asked about Michał Moskal, says: “He is a very hard-working young man.” “He’s talented, but he uses those abilities in a bad way,” he adds.

United Right found a way to defend the inclusion of Auschwitz in the election campaign. – In recent days I have been very busy – explains Deputy Minister of Justice Marcin Romanowski. – I have not seen the spot and I do not follow this discussion – he assures.

The deputy minister of justice does not know the case, and his boss does not want to talk about it. – I sent it to the authors. Please forgive me, but I am not a commentator and I do not want to empathize with the commentators of other political parties’ spots, says the Minister of Justice and President of Sovereign Poland, Zbigniew Ziobro.

Marshal of the Sejm Elizabeth Witek prefers to talk not about the spot, but about the pretext for its creation. – The first thought that came to my mind was, of course, associated with the gas chambers – he points out. “Did you see anyone mutiny?” Would anyone object? she asked.

It’s about the entry of Tomasz Lis on Twitter – only that the publicist has already apologized for him, he is not a political party, let alone a ruling one, and he did not use photos of the concentration camp. Neither PiS nor the author of the spot himself asked for permission to use them.

Who is Michal Moskal?

The Deputy Speaker of the Senate, Michał Kamiński, claims that Michał Moskal “today behaves in such a disgraceful way because Kaczyński taught him so.” – Cynical calculation, disregarding people’s feelings and using every method in the election campaign – he adds.

Michał Moskal started his own election campaign, informal for now, some time ago. Its effects were recently seen on billboards in his hometown of Janów Lubelski.

Michał Moskal boasts of signing a contract for the development of railways, although he is not a minister or even an MP – according to Jan Maria Jackowski, he is someone much more important.

– He is a close associate of President Jarosław Kaczyński, probably one of the closest. On this he builds his position inside the camp. He is definitely a person with a lot of influence – emphasizes the non-associated senator.

Strzeżek: it is he who decides who can stand before Kaczyński

He started his political career as a councilor in Żoliborz, where the PiS president lives. He also encouraged Jarosław Kaczyński to the so-called “Fridays for animals” and, with the party leader’s blessing, runs the PiS youth group.

The president, however, was absent from his assistant’s proposal, although this acquaintance probably did not prevent it from taking place in exceptional circumstances – 900 meters underground in the Bogdanka mine in Lublin.

– This is the new “Mrs. Basia” of Jarosław Kaczyński. This is a very important function from the point of view of PiS. He decides who can stand and who cannot stand before Jarosław Kaczyński in his office on Nowogrodzka Street, says Jan Strzeżek.
