Mateusz H. himself admitted to everything on the same day grandmother, grandfather, brother, bride, police, later in the prosecutor's office and finally in court. But he thought he raped Victoria after he strangled her. Unlike the court appointed by the court, based on Victoria's injuries, he determined that she had lived during rape, she could be unconscious.
Before court, H. wanted to undergo treatment in a psychiatric institution. The prosecutor's office demanded the most severe punishment and it happened. Mateusz H., at the time of the crime, 19-year-old, was sentenced to life imprisonment. The verdict for killing and raping 18-year Victoria from Bytom was issued by the District Court in Gliwice on June 4.
