He was wanted for participation in an organized crime group and 18 other crimes, including the establishment of three cannabis plantations. The Silesian “headhunters” fell on his trail. They found him in one of the villages in Opole, where he set up another plantation.
A 38-year-old resident of Koziegłowy was wanted on the basis of an arrest warrant issued by the 1st Investigative Department of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Sosnowiec. He was to be placed in pre-trial detention for three months in connection with his activities in an organized crime group that engaged in the illegal cultivation of cannabis, as well as large-scale drug trafficking.
He is suspected of a total of 18 crimes, including the establishment of at least three cannabis plantations in the Silesian Voivodeship.
He returned to Poland
In September 2022, the case was taken over by police officers from the Search and Identification Department of the Police Headquarters in Katowice. Silesian “headhunters”, specializing in the search for the most dangerous criminals, determined that the 38-year-old may be hiding in the Benelux countries. A European Arrest Warrant has been issued for the man.
However, it turned out that the wanted person returned to the country. He was supposed to be hiding in one of the villages in the Opolskie Voivodeship. It was there that the Silesian “headhunters” located and detained him.
He started another plantation
“He fell together with his 40-year-old partner from Dąbrowa Górnicza on the property, where they set up another cannabis plantation. During the inspection, investigators secured special devices for heating and irrigation of plants and 176 hemp bushes” – inform the Silesian police in a message. “The men were surprised by the slip, they did not resist the arrest. The man wanted by the European Arrest Warrant has already been sent to prison” – it was concluded.
