Former KGB Analyst on Rejected Hypothesis: “Sorry…” He's Ready to Cooperate
Marek Siewert, a former analyst at the Police Headquarters who once participated in the investigation into the case Iwona Wieczorekappeared in the 35th episode of the talk show “Domowy Kryminał”. It can be watched from August 22 on Active Family TV and on the streaming platform Vodylla. The expert referred to the statements of Ms. Iwona Główczyńska, the mother of the missing 19-year-old, that are appearing more and more often in the media. They negate Siewert's hypothesis that Wieczorek could have returned home on the morning of July 17. Now the former analyst has decided apologize to Główczyńska and admitted that he is ready to cooperate in order to disprove this hypothesis. – A very electric thread has emerged in the investigation at the moment, that Iwona could have made it home. I would like to apologize to Ms. Główczyńska, Iwona's mother, who probably misunderstood my intentions. However, in her place, I would be grateful to a police officer who would investigate the case comprehensively. He would accept the so-called family version as one of the versions. I will cooperate with you. Ask me anything you want. I will explain everything to you, because I want you to close this version. The family version, which assumes that Iwona could have returned home, cannot be rejected just because someone gets offended. Closing the version is another step forward, rejecting something that is not important. (…) In this type of case, no more than five versions of the investigators are accepted – he admitted.
Marek Siewert says that until we answer the question “why?”, we will not be able to answer the question “who?”. July marked 14 years since the disappearance of the young woman from Gdańsk. Currently, the case Iwona Wieczorek analyzes the famous X-Files.
“Maybe Iwona came home?” Strong reaction of Wieczorek's mother
Marek Siewert in an interview with “Fakt” stated that Iwona could have returned home. He was concerned about the behavior of the missing mother. “Maybe Iwona returned home and something bad happened there? I am worried and puzzled by the fact that Iwona's mother will not go to the investigators, bang her fist on the table and demand information about what is happening in her case. I have handled many cases concerning disappearances. There, the relatives of the missing people were constantly waiting for information. Here, it is different,” he said. This angered the mother of the missing person. “Fakt” asked Iwona Wieczorek's mother to comment on these words. She, however, admitted that it was “nonsense”.
