The head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba spoke on Saturday during the Munich Security Conference. He spoke mainly about the importance of arms deliveries to Kiev for the course of the war. – All our requests started with “no”, in the end it turned out that “yes” – described Kuleba. – The only type of weapons that have not yet reached Ukraine are planes – he noted.

– I would venture to say that Ukraine will get planes. It’s a matter of time and procedure – said Kuleba. Ukraine’s partners are hesitating over the supply of aircraft while promising tanks to Kiev and talks about longer-range missile systems.

The chief of Ukrainian diplomacy indicated that the main topic of his talks in Munich was to convince his partners that “the weapons promised to Ukraine must be delivered to the front as soon as possible.”

Kuleba also added that “what to do with Russia” becomes an important question, because, according to him, if Russia does not change, “it will be impossible to guarantee security not only for Ukraine, but also for the entire continent.”

Kuleba announced on Saturday that he had been talking to the foreign ministers of the G7 countries in Munich. “We focused on everything that is needed for Ukraine’s victory in 2023. There will be quick arms deliveries and new sanctions,” the minister wrote on Twitter.

He then added: “Russia must realize that we will not tire of repelling its aggression.”
