Another heatwave hit Italy. This week, thermometers may show almost 40 degrees Celsius in places. Such an aura is associated with the high Neron, which draws hot air from the Sahara to the Old Continent. The heat is also felt in Hungary.
Anticyclone (or high) Nero brought another heatwave to Italy. According to the portal iLMeteo.it, by Saturday the temperature in many regions of the country will reach 38-39 degrees Celsius.
– Extremely hot air from above the Sahara flows into the Old Continent. It causes the air temperature to be 10-12 degrees above average, said iLMeteo.it founder Antonio Sanò. He added that it will be hottest in the north and in the center.
Temperatures will reach 37-39 degrees Celsius this week in Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Veneto and Piedmont.
