“My father was a mentor for me. Thanks to his inspiration, together with my brother Darius, we took up the challenge of taking over the helm of a thriving organization, built from scratch,” wrote his son César Lipka on LinkedIn.

“Henryk Lipka was a mentor and friend to many of us, and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board he always remained open to every employee. His high sense of ethical standards, sensitivity to other people and the belief that the team is the key to success influenced the shape of the organization's culture, which still resonates in the plants and offices of the LipCo Foods Group,” SuperDrob wrote in a statement.

Henryk Lipka's funeral will take place on November 4 in Karczew.

SuperDrob is a Polish company specializing in the production and sale of poultry products. They mainly reach chain customers, e.g. hypermarkets or KFC restaurants, as well as recipients in Great Britain, Germany, China and France.

The company's headquarters is located in Karczew, while other plants are located in Łódź, Lublin, Stoczek Węgrowski, Turka and Goleniów. SuperDrob SA employs approximately 2,500 employees.

Currently, Henryk Lipka's sons are running the business. Darius Lipka is the president of Viandes Riviera Lipka Frères, while Cesar Lipka heads the multi-food group LipCo Foods.
