Hilary Farr is leaving Love It or Listing It after 19 seasons—and a whopping 258 episodes—the community introduced Dec. 1.

“It has been an exquisite 12 years,” Farr, who co-hosted the house renovation collection alongside actual property agent David Visentin, stated in a press release. “I am so grateful to the community for his or her help and to my followers who’ve stayed loyal and true. David and I’ll stay pals endlessly and I count on him to be as fabulously and hilariously annoying as ever.

The designer added, “Love It or Listing It has had such a real impression on so many lives, together with mine, however now it is time for me to embrace new challenges which have come my means. If that is my legacy, it is an incredible one.”
