Where during the holidays can we buy a bottle of water and eat a snack at great prices? The Omio portal took a look at dozens of popular beaches in Europe. Taking into account the weather conditions and the opinions of visitors, he prepared a list of the “most accessible” beaches.

For many people, the seaside beach is the best place for holiday relaxation. According to the European Environment Agency (EEA), there are over 14.6 thousand animals in Europe. seaside beaches. Travel website Omio took a look at 75 of the most popular on the continent to see which ones are the most affordable, taking into account, among others, local prices for ice cream, drinks or snacks and visitor ratings in Google reviews. The ranking also takes weather conditions into account, prioritizing destinations “with pleasant summer temperatures”.

The most affordable beaches

In terms of prices, the Halk beach in Side is the best in the ranking Turkey. For a scoop of ice cream, drinks (water and beer) and a snack, we will pay the equivalent of approx. PLN 25 in the area. In second place was another place located on the Turkish Riviera, Cleopatra Beach in the resort of Alanya on the Mediterranean Sea. We will pay PLN 32 for a similar package here. The third place was taken by the Yahsi beach in Turkish Bodrum (PLN 36), the fourth by the beach in Bulgarian Primorsk (PLN 38.1), followed by the beach in Ulcinj in Montenegro (PLN 38.8) and Golden Sands in Bulgaria (PLN 44).

The top ten is completed by: the beach in Heringsdorf on the island of Uznam located near the Polish border (PLN 49), the Fig Tree Bay beach in the Protaras resort on Cyprus (PLN 70), Playa de Sotavento de Jandia on the Spanish island of Fuerteventura (PLN 72) and Playa de Ses Illetes on the island of Formentera, also belonging to Spain (PLN 74). Among Polish beaches, the one in Jastarnia was the best, taking 22nd place on the list.

The latest study “Holiday plans of Poles” shows that Poles on holidays (outside Poland) most often go to Croatia, Greece and Spain. Two other Mediterranean countries are also popular: Italy and Turkey.
