Dividing this leave into parts means losing the right to a holiday payment under the pear tree. The regulations of the company social benefit fund may, however, provide for a different number of days required to receive the benefit – holiday under the pear tree.

Holidays under the pear tree – the amount of funding

The regulations do not specify the amount of co-financing for holidays under the pear tree, it is specified in the regulations of the company’s social benefits fund adopted in a given company. Art. 8 of the Act on company social benefits fund provides that the amount of subsidies from the fund is provided by the employer it makes him dependent on his life situation, family and material of the employee. It is determined by the employee’s earnings and the income obtained by his family members, not the length of service or qualifications. The amount of vacation under the pear tree cannot be the same for all employees.
