He said that he had been informed that the request to waive Michał Woś's immunity had been submitted to the Sejm. – The procedure is routine. The form is submitted to the Sejm, and then for analysis by the Sejm's legal services, it usually takes a few or a dozen days, if it is larger, but this is not the case, so I suppose that next week I will have this application assessed and I will immediately send it to the committee. immunity – explained Szymon Hołownia.

– Later, the committee will decide when it will prepare its report. It is realistic that at the next session of the Sejm (…) we will vote on this motion. I can't imagine this going beyond the next Sejm in June. I think we should have this matter voted on in June, he added.

The next session of the Sejm is scheduled for June 12-14.
