The first case concerns a 40-year-old from Modlin Stary. – Police officers who intervened on the spot determined that the man was mentally and physically abused by his brother. – He started domestic fights while under the influence of alcohol. The officers detained the man and took him to the Nowy Dwór police station. At that time, the police officers of the criminal investigation department gathered evidence that allowed him to be charged with criminal charges. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki submitted a request for pre-trial detention of the suspect. He will spend the next three months behind bars. He is facing a sentence of up to five years in prison.
Article 207. § 1.
