The American tourist wanted to jump over the fence at the Colosseum, but he stared at one of the rods and began to educa. The drama took place in front of other tourists.
According to the Italian daily, the daily Il Messaggero, the accident occurred on Sunday afternoon. The 47 -year -old American tried to overcome the fence so that – as Italian journalists suppose – to see the ancient monument up close.
The man got stuck, however, while trying to pass through the fence, because the rod stuck in his body. He began to lose blood. The summoned ambulance must first give him sedatives to free him. He was taken to the hospital, where he was founded 80 seams. His life is not threatened.
