One and a half per mille of alcohol was in the body of a 27-year-old driver who, in the town of Hrud (Lubelskie Voivodeship), was dragging his 31-year-old friend on a sledge attached to the car. As they rounded the bend, the sledge probably caught on the shoulder. The man sitting on them hit the fence of a roadside property, and then he was taken to the hospital.

On Monday (July 17) after midnight, the police received an unusual – for July – report. It showed that in the village of Hrud in the Biała Podlaska district, the driver of a Volkswagen Passat was dragging his friend on a sled, and at some point he hit the fence.

On the spot, uniformed officers confirmed that this was indeed the case. According to the preliminary findings of the police, the 27-year-old had previously been drinking alcohol together with his 31-year-old friend.
