– Viktor Orban explained a little, but overall he is rather influenced by Jarosław Kaczyński's narrative when it comes to the interpretation of events in Poland – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk. He also informed that he had talked to the Prime Minister of Hungary about his interview in which he spoke about Poland. – It sounded quite humorous when he said that he gave this interview because he was concerned about the state of the rule of law in Poland, so I could only laugh – concluded Tusk.

PK: we have information that proves that Romanowski crossed the border
On Tuesday in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24, patron Roman Giertychan MP from the Civic Coalition, said that in his opinion he was wanted PiS MP Marcin Romanowski is in Hungary. – This is probably the only country whose courts may not issue it in the event of a request from the prosecutor's office and Polish courts related to the European Arrest Warrant, because Orban has already made such suggestions – he said.
– I think he is in Hungary and there he is waiting for the Hungarian courts, which are actually subordinate to the prime minister, to refuse to implement (the Polish application – ed.) – he added.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, spokesman for the National Prosecutor's Office, Przemysław Nowak, informed that “we have obtained information proving that (Marcin Romanowski – ed.) crossed the border and is staying in one of the European Union countries.”
– This suspicion was sufficient for us to submit an application to the court for a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) – he added. Next day The District Court in Warsaw agreed to this.
