The 26-year-old came with her daughters to the Prison in Iława to visit her partner. During a routine inspection before entering the plant, officers found illegal substances in her possession. The police also seized over two kilograms of drugs in her apartment.

– The woman came with her daughters from the Masovian Voivodeship to visit her partner. During the inspection before the visit, the officers found over 9 grams of marijuana and over 10 grams of mephedrone in the 26-year-old woman, the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn reported.

The police also seized a total of over 2 kg of drugs in her apartment.  The woman has already been charged and will spend the next three months in prison.

The police detained the woman. During further activities that took place in her apartment, the officers found over a kilogram of marijuana, almost half a kilogram of cocaine, almost 3 grams of hashish and half a kilogram of mephedrone.

The collected evidence allowed the woman to be charged. The court imposed a 3-month arrest on her.

According to the police, in accordance with the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction, possession of a significant amount of drugs could result in a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
