The weather in Poland will start to change at the beginning of the week. More rain and cooler temperatures await us. In some regions, rainfall may be intense, frost will return, and icing will appear on the roads, according to the threat forecast of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW). Forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) issued a threat forecast for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Heavy rain is possible in the south of the country on Monday. IMGW plans to issue first level warnings for the following provinces: Silesian (districts: Cieszyn, Bielski, Bielsko-BialaŻywiec), Lesser Poland (districts: Sucha, Myślenice, Nowy Targ, Tatrzański, Limanowski, Nowy Sącz, Nowy SaczGorlice) i Subcarpathian (districts: Jasło, Krosno, loomBrzozowski, Sanok, Lesko, Bieszczady).

IMGW threat forecast for Tuesday

The next day in southern Poland is also expected to rain heavily. First degree alerts will therefore probably apply in the province. Lesser Poland (districts: Tatrzański, Nowy Targ, Limanowski, Nowy Sącz, Nowy Sącz, Gorlice) and Subcarpathian (districts: Jasielski, Krosno, Krosno, Brzozowski, Sanok, Lesko, Bieszczady, Przemyśl, Industry).
