As reported on Friday morning by tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Daniel Zdonek, dangerous fog persists in part of the country. Visibility is impaired until:

– 100-200 meters in ZamośćOlsztyn, Elbląg;

– 500-600 m LublinSiedlce, Szymany, Racibórz;

In turn, forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) issued meteorological warnings against downpours.

IMGW alerts of the first degree against heavy rainfall have been issued for the province Lower Silesiafor counties: Zgorzelec, Lubań, Lwówek, Złotoryja, Karkonosze, Jelenia GoraKamienna Góra, Jawor, Świdnica, Wałbrzych, Wałbrzych, Dzierżoniów, Kłodzko and Ząbkowice.

Moderate to heavy rainfall is forecast. Precipitation is expected to be between 40 and 50 liters of water per square meter.

The warnings will be valid until 21 on Friday.
