1st degree icing warnings were issued for provinces: West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Lubuskie, Greater Poland, Łódź, Lower Silesia, Opole, Silesian and parts of the province Lesser Poland (poviats: Olkusz, Kraków, Kraków, Chrzanów, Oświęcim, Wadowicki and Suski).
It is forecasted that wet roads and pavements will freeze after rain, snow and wet snow, causing icing. The minimum temperature will be from -3 to 0 degrees C, the minimum temperature at the ground and from -5 to -1 degrees C.
Alerts in most regions will be valid until 9 am on Monday, only in Lower Silesia and the Opole region they will expire an hour earlier.
