Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree meteorological warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.
First degree IMGW warnings – freezing precipitation
Yellow alerts were issued for voivodships:
- Warmian-Masurian Voivodeshipin the following poviats: Nidzicki, Działdowski, and Nowomiejski;
- Kuyavian-Pomeranianin the following poviats: Brodnicki, Wąbrzeski, Toruń, ToruńRypiński, Golub-Dobrzyński, Lipno, Aleksandrowski, Włocławek, Włocławek;
- Mazowieckieoutside the extreme eastern poviats;
- Greater Polandin the following poviats: Kolski, Turkish;
- Łódźoutside the Wieruszów poviat;
- Świętokrzyskieoutside the eastern poviats;
- Lesser Polandoutside the eastern poviats;
- Silesian;
- Opolein the following poviats: Oleski, Strzelecki, Kędzierzyn-Kozielski, Głubczycki, Krapkowice, Prudnicki, and Nyski;
- Lower Silesiain the following poviats: Kłodzko, Ząbkowicki.
In places, there is a long time of freezing rain or drizzle causing ice. The warnings will be up to 9 o'clock on Thursday.
