First degree warnings IMGW – strong frost
Yellow alarms apply in voivodships:
- Lower Silesia;
- Lubuskiein the southern poviats;
- Greater Polandin southwestern poviats;
- Silesianin the following poviats: Cieszyn, Bielsko, Bielsko-BiałaŻywiecki;
- Lesser Polandin the following poviats: Nowotarski and Tatra;
- Podkarpackiein the following poviats: Bieszczady, Leskie, Sanok.
In these regions, the minimum temperature is forecasted at night from -15 degrees C to -13 degrees Celsius, locally -17 degrees C. Maximum temperature during the day from -3 degrees C to -1 degrees C.
