IMGW issued meteorological warnings. Alarms apply to frosts in almost all voivodships. Frozen nights and mornings are expected in places up to the weekend.

Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued meteorological warnings against frosts.

First degree IMGW warnings – frost

Yellow alarms before frosts apply in voivodships:

  • Lubuskie;
  • Pomeranianin the following poviats: Kartuzy, Bytów, Człuchów, Chojnicki, Kościerzyna, Starogardzki, Tczewski, Malbork, Sztumski, and Kwidzyn;
  • Greater Poland;
  • Lower Silesia;
  • Opole;
  • Silesian;
  • Łódź;
  • Kuyavian-Pomeranian;
  • Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship;
  • Mazowieckie;
  • Świętokrzyskie;
  • Lesser Poland;
  • Podkarpackie;
  • Lublin;
  • Podlasie.

A decrease in temperature at night to -5/0 degrees Celsius is forecast, at the ground to about -8 degrees C.

Alarms in the province Lubuskie and Pomorskie will be valid until 8 o'clock on Thursday, and in the province. Wielkopolski and Lower Silesia until 8 on Friday. In other regions, the warning will expire at 8 on Saturday.
