The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management warns of strong winds in parts of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship on Saturday morning. There may be wind gusts of up to 80 kilometers per hour.

Forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first-degree warnings.

IMWM alerts – strong wind

First degree warnings against strong winds apply in the voivodeship Podkarpackiein the following counties: Jasło, Strzyżowski, Krosno, loomSanok, Lesko, Bieszczady.

Moderate and quite strong winds are forecast there, with an average speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, with gusts of up to 80 km/h, from the south.

Alerts will expire at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
