Tadeusz Wozniakcomposer and musician, passed away on July 8. He was to be present during the fourth day of the festival at the Forest Opera and perform at the “Legends of Polish Music” concert. The artists paid him a special tribute and performed his piece “Zegarmistrz światła”.

The artists who performed the biggest hits on stage that day took to the stage, including:in. Eva Bem, Halina Frackowiak, Alice Majewski, Andrew Rybinski and Krystyna Prońko. Tadeusz Woźniak's wife, Jolanta Majchrzak, also appeared. Together they sang the song “Zegarmistrz światła”. A video with Tadeusz Woźniak, created using AI, was displayed on a large screen behind the stage. Unfortunately, it came out very poorly. The audience complained about the sound system. However, the concert moved internet users
This year's festival in Sopot will certainly be remembered by many viewers because of… poor sound system. They have been complaining about them since the first day of the event. “Something is really wrong with the sound system. I wonder if it sounds better on site than in front of the TV”, “Unfortunately, it is impossible to listen to it again… such reverberation and booming that it hurts your ears”, “Again, hopeless sound, worse than from a pirated tape” – we could read. The concert “Legends of Polish Music” also divided the audience. Some praised the event. “A wonderful concert, incredibly moving”, “All days are great, but today a great idea with the stars from our youth. Finally someone did Sopot properly. Congratulations”, “I like it today. A beautiful concert of old songs”, “Definitely the best concert. It's always nice to go back to the older songs” – we read.
