Stawiski also reminded that both countries have atomic weapons. – This, of course, raises great anxiety, but this is also a reliable mitigating factor. This is a factor discouraging the armed conflict spiral and it seems to me that atomic weapons in the hands of both India and Pakistan can play a toning role – said Jacek Stawiski.
