ING Bank Śląski, Alior and Nest Bank – these financial institutions have planned service works in the near future. Therefore, customers must prepare for difficulties in accessing certain services.

ING Bank Śląski

The bank announced that on the night of July 1-2 (Saturday/Sunday) it will improve the card system. Some services may not be available during this time. Work will begin at 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 1 and continue until 9 a.m. on Sunday.

During this time, customers will not submit applications in “Moim ING” and via the website (e.g. for an account with a card), nor will they use cards in the ING Business system. It was also added that you may have a problem with, among others, using ATMs and CDMs, you will not be given a new PIN to payment and credit cards, you will not order payment cards, you will not change card limits.

“If you plan to pay by card, use Blik during working hours” – it was written on the website.

The bank also announced that the next stage of service work is planned for the night of July 2-3, between 00:00 and 01:00.

“Therefore, there may be problems with the execution of transactions in ING/Planet Cash network devices. Transactions in depositories can be carried out off-line” – explained on the website.

Alior Bank

The bank announced on social media that from July 1 (Saturday) from 22:00 to July 2 (Sunday) to 10:00 06:00 modernization works will be carried out.

Alior Online and Alior Mobile will be unavailable.

Nest Bank

Nest Bank published on its website information about the break in access to the video verification service. The service will be unavailable for the entirety of Friday, June 30.

Volkswagen Bank

Volkswagen Bank GmbH Branch in Poland informed that on July 2 (Sunday) from 20:00 to 23:00, banking services will be unavailable due to technical work.

It was explained that during this time, access to accounts may be difficult and there may be temporary unavailability in authorizations of payment card transactions. There may also be problems with electronic banking, mobile application and online payments.

“Schedule your payments ahead of time and withdraw cash ahead of time if you need to,” the website said.
