KPO, i.e. the National Reconstruction Plan, is a strategic document that was developed by EU Member States in response to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds for the implementation of the KPO come mainly from the EU Reconstruction Fund (Next Generation EU). KPO means additional, large funds which, together with European funds, create wide opportunities for enterprises, public institutions and other socio-economic entities. Support takes the form of grants, loans or mixed instruments.
