Plans to launch a ground offensive in Rafah have sparked disagreements between USA and Israel.
On Sunday, the White House said Biden told Prime Minister Netanyahu that Israel should not continue its military operation in Rafah without a plan to ensure the safety of the more than one million refugees in the city.
According to The Washington Post, the president Joe Biden and his advisors disagree with Netanyahu and no longer see him as a constructive partner they can count on.
