The Polish company Sonko, present on the market since 1989, has been sold to the Italian group Euricom. As announced by the new owners, the acquisition is to strengthen the position of the leading player in the segment of production of healthy snacks in the European Union. Sonko was previously in the hands of the company Oshee.
