Presidential Minister Andrzej Dera referred in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24 to the words of Jan Tadeusz Duda, the president’s father, who said that “homosexuality is to a large extent a contagious phenomenon”. – In the literal sense, it is not contagious, but it is subject to certain fashions that people who do not have such an orientation may want to change their orientation because of what is happening – he said.
Jan Tadeusz Duda, chairman of the Małopolska Regional Council, in an interview with Newsweek said that “homosexuality is to a large extent a contagious phenomenon”.
Dera, when asked in “Kropka nad i” on TVN24 whether he agreed with these words, replied: “in the literal sense it is not contagious, but it is subject to certain fashions that people who do not have such an orientation may, due to fashion, what is happening, want to change your orientation. ”
When asked if he knew people who wanted to change their orientation because of “fashion”, he said that he could not say “whether (due to – ed.) Fashion or not”. – But I know that somehow these people were not so many before, and somehow now there are a few more, especially in the young age – he said.
– Maybe some try, the young are curious, so they can try – he added.
Noting that orientation results from biological conditions, Dera replied: “it may also be, I do not question it, but on the other hand (it may also be so – ed.) That external factors may also influence the change of orientation”.
– People may follow certain trends to change their orientation – he argued.
